2. Proprietary Models (Common for All Customers)
These AI models power sentiment analysis, emotion detection, intent classification, anomaly detection, and PII removal, amongst other tasks.
- Developed entirely in-house or fine-tuned open source models.
- Trained exclusively on internally created datasets - customer data is never used for training.
- Hosted on our secure servers, so your customer data never leaves Blitzllama.
- Customer data is only used in anonymized, randomly sampled evaluations to ensure model accuracy.
- Models are updated periodically while maintaining strict data privacy controls.
3. External Models
We use third-party closed-source AI models, such as OpenAI APIs, strictly for language refinement and summarization tasks.
- Used only on aggregated and de-identified text - never on raw customer data.
- No user-level information is shared with OpenAI or any other third-party providers.
- Common use cases include converting statistical analysis into readable text and generating topic labels from keywords.
Data Encryption & Storage Security
We implement robust encryption and secure storage measures to protect your data:
- Encryption in Transit & Storage – All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest to ensure maximum security.
- Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) – Data is stored in a secure VPC, adding an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access.
Data Retention & Deletion
Customers can request data deletion at any time by contacting team@blitzllama.com. Deletion requests are processed within four (4) days, ensuring timely and secure data removal.
