We started Blitzllama in late 2021 with a simple thesis: product teams make better decisions when they listen to users, but the feedback loop is broken. A typical cycle takes weeks and requires skilled researchers and analysts. Most teams skip it entirely.
Blitzllama cut that cycle from weeks to hours. We built tools to collect feedback, such as in-app surveys, and utilized AI to analyze it across support chats, reviews, and interviews. The goal was to make user research accessible to every team, not just those with dedicated researchers.
We were accepted into Y Combinator's Winter 2022 batch and collaborated with several of India's fastest-growing startups, leading fintechs, and large public companies.
By June 2025, we had a choice to make. We could continue to develop Blitzllama as a standalone product, or we could find a larger, more capable platform where the value we create for customers could grow significantly.
We chose the latter. As we explored potential homes, our conversations with Wingify’s leadership made it clear that VWO, Wingify's flagship product platform - a widely recognized leader in experimentation and experience optimisation, with over a decade of shaping how teams build with their users - was the natural fit.
Today, we’re excited and proud to announce that Wingify has acquired Blitzllama and will integrate it into its offerings under VWO.
For over a decade and a half, VWO has been helping companies experiment, learn, and improve their digital experiences. By bringing Blitzllama into VWO, our capabilities can now reach far more teams - helping even more companies build with their users at the center.
What this means for your team
As Blitzllama’s capabilities are being merged into VWO, your Blitzllama account will be upgraded to run on VWO, unlocking the potential to connect your research with broader experimentation workflows.
The survey capabilities you use today on Blitzllama have already been ported to VWO, allowing you to continue running similar surveys, targeting, and feedback workflows without interruption.
To ensure a seamless experience, we are providing a white-glove treatment for every account. Our team will personally review your setup, migrate your surveys, and validate everything with you to ensure there are no surprises and no sudden changes.
We will reach out to you individually with clear timelines and next steps to make this upgrade effortless.

Rahul wanted something new; he's joining Salient to build AI agents for US consumer lenders.
Joel will join VWO to lead the integration of Blitzllama’s capabilities and roadmap.
Bently is helping with the VWO integration, then taking some time to figure out what's next.
